Hi all, I've just had a new hard drive fitted to my 5 year old laptop. The techie reinstalled everything with the recovery and documentation disc. As the disc contents is as old as the comp' I wanted to update to the latest settings. To access the updates I am told to..' From the Windows Taskbar
Click Start
Point to All Programs and
click on VAIO Update 4.
Click the Welcome to VAIO Update taskbar popup'
I don't have the 'Vaio Update 4' on the all progs'list while the task bar pop up doesn't seem to pop up either.
Has anyone some advice on how I can access updates please.
