Problems with Hauppauge PVR 350 card in PCV-RX407

Ive recently installed a Hauppauge PVR350 PVR (Personal Video Recorder) PCI card in my PCV-RX407. Has anyone heard of it causing problems with Windows XP, where the system re-boots and Windows reports that it has recovered from a serious error. Hauppauge suggested moving the card to a different PCI slot, it didnt help. Thanks.

Hmm, I have heard that Haupagge are not too good at support
I would consider uninstalling it > switching off > moving the PCI card to another slot > turning on > autoinstalling the drivers.

Maybe this will work, otherwise I would consider checking if the IRQs are being shared.
