Problem with Sound Echoing

hi, i have an problem withteh sound on my Sony Vaio VGN-FS215S, it comes when i use the scart input at the back to plug my playstation 2 through it, it works perfectly fine, but the sound is echoed? does anyone know how to fix this? Also the controller is sluggish for some reason?any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi

If you look in the system tray in the right hand corner you'll see an icon with Realtek. Click on this and you should see an effects section. Here you should turn it off.

i have tried this and there was no option to turn off the echoing sound, really dont have a clue why it is doing this
