Hello. I purchased my VAIO five days ago (VGN-FJ1SR). Unfortunately there is a problem with CD/DVD drive and actually I'm not sure if this problem is about the software or hardware of my laptop: when I try to start a film it seems like the device can not reproduce the sound and image properly - both of them are “interrupted”. The same problem with the sound occurs when I insert any audio-CD into CD/DVD drive. The software was already installed on my computer when I bought it. I suppose that some drivers were installed improperly but there is no chance to check this because I didn't have any drivers CD with my machine. I wouldn't like my brand-new computer by send to the Moscow service centre which is the only one in Russia (I live in Saint-Petersburg). Probably you know the solution of the problems like these? I would be very grateful for any help!!!
