just bought a new laptop NS20E. Installed windows live messenger, but when I try to send my
webcam it doesn't allow me to.
any suggestion?

This can be caused by McAfee antivirus. The BrowserAssistant keeps monitoring the camera so you get a message that it is already being used.

All you need to do is update the main software from McAFee and the camera should be found automatically by Windows Live Messenger.
