Hello there, Hope this question in the right Thread, wasnt sure!! but anyhow, I have tower computer, which will not boot up all I am getting is the Black & white screen with message saying it wasnt shut down properly.. and have the choice of starting in Safe Mode, or last good known settings, ect, ect, no matter which one I try, the computer will not come on, just keeps going back to the same screen!! Unfortunately, I do not have reboot disk for this PC!! does anyone know what I could do!! or will it have to go to repairers!!! Thanks..
