P-Series - How do I install WAN Connection Utility?

I'm trying to connect to the internet on my new P Series notebook, using a vodafone sim card in the back of the machine. In the smart network screen, it says to 'click here' to launch the wireless wan connection utility, but when I do click, it says that I need to install it. I have no idea where to find this application. Can Anyone help?
