Original Trialware - Challenge

Hi,
I converted the trial version of Norton Internet Security, that came with my laptop, into a paid-up version. Then I messed it up and uninstalled it thinking I could recover it from the System CD. Oooops!! The backup CD doesn't seem to have the Norton trialware on it. Trying to use a downloaded trial version, I get the error message that setup can't fing the "Setup.msi" file.

Where can I find a copy of this file (there isn't one on my pc)? Does Sony do technical support anywhere on this site.

I believe that you have to do a complete OS recovery to get the trial version back. Although, if you have paid for the full version I would contact Norton first.

Yes, it's always best buying the full thing from Norton, then you don't have to rely on Sony and do a full restore.
