After update Vista Ultimate, there appears red cross on sound icon at the right corner. I've never changed the Operating System ( Vista Ultimate preinstalled). And there is no Sound Video and game controller in device manager. followed the sony technican's guide, I did the Recovery last week. but nothing has changed. I tried to install original sound software and upgrade it.But it said "this can only be used on Microsoft Vista". Sounds rediculous!
My laptop is VIOS VGN-FZ220U. bought it for more than 1 year. but it is out of Warranty now. I called online assitants but they were unable to fix it. I can not believe SONY has so bad quality, SO PLEASE HELP......
