New drivers for nVidia 4 420 Go??

I have a PCG-FR215H which has an nVidia 4 420 Go graphics card, to which I want to update the drivers. The nvidia website says I must get these from my manufacturer but that download is not mentioned in the support section. What should I do?

If there is no update available on VAIO-Link, than there is no available update for that graphic card.

Why do you want to update? Are you experiencing problems?
