Model not listed for Windows 7 Upgrade Registration

So I have a VGN-BZ21VN, purchased last week.

It is however not listed on the site here as eligible for a free Windows 7 upgrade.

the VGN-BZ21VN is eligible for the Windows 7 upgrade and hopefully will be added to the list very soon..

Nope - this model is not going to be supported for the Windows 7 upgrade. It seems crazy that if you splash out on the top of the range business machine you don't get what every one should give, and is available on the lower models.

End result - a returned £1000 laptop, and a non usage of Sony VAIO products ever again.

Thanks for help in this forum, but the Customer Support experience has been terrible.

I have again been assured that the VGN BZ21VN WILL be included in the list of models eligible for the Windows 7 upgrade..

Hopefully someone will be in contact with you soon to confirm that to you personally..
