I have a friend who is having problems with a new headset, Skype and his FS215M.
I am unable to replicate the problem using my A 217M.
Effectively, every time he tries to make a call, we have discovered that the microphone control has its mute box automatically ticked and therfore no-one can hear him at the other end.
This is odd behaviour, even for Win-doze; can anyone shed some light as to why this is happening and offer a solution?
