Logitech MX900 bluetooth mouse

Hello, i'm trying to connect a Logitech bluetooth mouse to my Sony Vaio VGN-A117s laptop using the built in bluetooth but am having no luck at all.
Has anyone else managed to sucessfully couple the two together and if so how did they do it ?
Any help greatfully received.

Hopefully by 25 August, MS will be releasing Windows XP Service Pack 2 to the public, which has enhanced features for bluetooth, so hopefully that will make life easier for people using bluetooth equipment. Also means Bluespace ME will become obsolete.
