Hi Guys, I have been on and off this site havent i! Well, I am now thinking of downloading Linux for my VAIO. Which one should i get and where is the best place on the net to download it (i am going to get a free version)? Also, should i download an iso image of it?

Red Hat os a good starting block. You can get it on their ftp site ftp://ftp.redhat.com I think. Google is a good friend, don't let her down

Hehe - yes Red Hat is supposed to be good for people who know Windows yet want to go onto the Linux platform.
