I am having a tough time trying to get a genuine Sony battery VGP-BPS5A for my VGN-TX3XP Vaio
The Sony website gives a warning not to use anything but Sony batteries and I agree since cheapie replacements are variable in quality and not to the same capacity.
I phoned 0845 6000124 but was told they had no stock so to phone 0905 0310006 and assured this was just a local phone rate.
When I phoned it was a 35p per minute support line and not a spares order line.
Any ideas of how to order genuine Sony spares?
