FZ21S turns itself back on after a minute of being in Sleep mode

As in the title, once the laptop is put into sleep mode, it turns itself back on after 60 seconds... As far as I can see, nothing in the device manager allows the laptop to be turned on as is suggested in some similar posts. I've heard it may need a BIOS update, but where can I get this from for a FZ21S?

I have the same machine as you but the opposite problem, mine is turning off when on battery and it's set up to "never" turn off pc or screen in mobility options.
I'm guessing it was an update in the last few weeks, quite possibly the recent vista update that was about 350mb if I remember correctly. M$ strikes again.
