Function keys

hi, i have bought a new VGN-FE11M. But I've a problem with the function keys. I have reinstalled the media center edition of Win XP. After this the function keys didn't work anymore.
I need help. I hope somebody can help me.

Hi hombreos and welcome to Club Vaio.

Download the pre-installed utilities for your model from Vaio-Link. Extract the file and then re-install:

1 Sony Utilities (installer folder 1)
2 Sony Shared Library (installer folder 2)
3 Vaio Event Service (installer folder 5)

Then re-boot. You may need to repeat this procedure a couple of times…

Question :

on my own laptop it works. On my girlfriends laptop it doesn't. Is it possible to use Driver Genius Pro 2006 to backup all MY drivers and to use it on my girlfriends laptop, or will her laptop crash when I try that ?
I thought it might be the solution to the problem she is having with the S1/S2 keys.....
