Does anyone have a copy of a virus free Recovery Disc for the Vaio PCG-K415B?

I have had a serious virus plague my notebook months ago. I've tried everything i possibly can to try and get rid, even going down to reinstalling another version of windows and completely formatting the hard drive. This didn't work, all i got was: no operating system found.

aGAIN I'VE TRIED ALSORTS TO GET THE MACHINE BACK UP AND RUNNING AND I'VE FINNALY DONE IT. But i had to use the recovery disk that i previously made. But I have found that after doing a direct virus scan on the recovery disc on a different computor, autorun along with a few more files on the disc have been reported to have the virus too. Therefore I am going to be defeating the object by running the application recovery using this virus infested disc.

I have contacted vaio on several occasions to try and solve this laptop but they have been no help at all. But they would require cash from me to supply me with a new copy of the recovery disc which I am grudged in paying them.

Is there anyone out there that is kind enough to supply me with a copy of yours or have any other idea's of how i can resolve this? Any help most appreciated.... Thanks in advance... Rob

Have you checked if your Vaio is actually infected with a virus now it's up and running.

Out of interest how did you create a set of recovery disc's for your K415B as I was under the impression that the K415B came bundled with a set of recovery disc's..
