CDDB Connection

Hi
I am new to Pocket
When in Sonic Stage and I try to download from Gracenote CDDB the track information (I have registered)
I have a message "Failed to connect to CDDB Server Please check your internet connection" - BUT I am connected.
Any suggestions - Thanks

You should check your firewall settings to make sure that it is not being denied access to the internet.

I had the same problem but discovered that another progrm (Cakewalk Pyro which I use to rip CD tracks then insert track markers in them when single tracks have multiple "sub-tracks") was also configured to use CDDB but wasn't working.

I reinstalled Cakewalk Pyro & everything is now OK
