Hi, I'm having problems with the battery pack of my VGN-CR42Z and have been trying to ring up the support line to speak to someone. I get an automated response telling me all calls are recorded, and then nothing happens, just white noise down the phone.
I've dialled other numbers and when selecting the option for post sales support, I get transferred and the same thing happens.
So then I tried to ring the sales line to see if I could speak to someone who can tell me how to contact the support team a different way, and I get an automated voice telling me they are busy and to call back later. This is utterly ridiculous...
Anyone got any ideas?

Help and support for in warranty viao, 0870 240 2408, and the sales helpline, 0845 6000124. No luck on either. Have tried again and still can't get through...
