Hi!
I have VAIO VGN-NS20J, I bought it yesterday and today after i turned my laptop on a small screen appeared saying "VCM Intelligent Analyzing Manager stopped working and was closed: A problem cause the application to stop working correctly. Windows will notify you if a solution is available."
what does that mean? and how can i slove the problem?

Did this just happen once or does it happen every time you boot up? If it just happened once I would not worry. If it persists then give Vaio Link Support a call on Monday.
The file you mention is a Sony file and you will find it here: -
C:\Program Files\Sony\VCM Intelligent Analyzing Manager\VcmIAlzMgr.exe
I confess that I have no idea what it does. Have you installed all the software updates for your model from VAIO-UPDATE? There are quite a few updates for Sony software which may fix the problem.
