I have the KD60X690E Sony Bravia. I am having consistent difficulty with the YouTube App. I am unable to Sign-in to my own account. I am unable to cast. Every time I try to sign-in on the TV, it shuts down the App and reverts back to cable TV (another HDMI input). I've updated the software and it's still causing problems. When I plug in my soundbar, both my Netflix and YouTube apps start for several seconds, and then shut down and again revert back to HDMI 3 ARC. I am getting really frustrated with this TV because it never seems to work properly as it should. I've already had someone come in and replace part of the hardware because of again YouTube issues. Is anyone else having this problem? And what can Sony do the help fix this? I'm wondering if I should be requesting a new TV as this one has only been causing me problems. Please help!
