Youtube application stuck on startup screen sony kdl-40W705c

Hello,

Since few days the youtube application doesn t start anymore.

Description:

I go to SEN > run Youtube in my apps > Youtube starts as we can see the Youtube startup screen but the application get stuck at that stage !

Nota : all other applications are working fine. Network is OK.

Do you have an idea how to solve it ?

As for it looks like that the application got a wrong update.

After factory reset, it again works for some days and start hanging problem again. 

Can we have permanent solution to avoid you tube hanging?

Hi there,

I've been emailing sony about this.

Their solution is to go into browser settings and delete cookies.

I think this is a temporary solution and they haven't got a permanent one yet!

Deliting cookies will take less time than doing a reset.
