USB connection TV BRAVIA kdl-32ex402

Hello to all,
I bought a tv kdl-32ex402 but I  can't connect via drive my USB pen drive neither my external HD.
The pen drive (APACER) is formatted FAT, the HD (marks Elements WD) is formatted FAT32.
After inserted them, if I go on “Inputs” I do not see the voice “USB” and if I go on the voice “Component” I do not see photos neither videos neither the mp3s of the external memories.

My be I mistake something in order to see them?

Hi

You should normally see the USB stick under the music, pictures and video tabs on the Xross Media bar rather than device inputs. Bear in mind you can only see actual content under its relevant sub directory (pictures under pictures, music under music etc), despite the sub categories being visable under one another.
