PLEASE HELP! Bravia kdl32wd752 during update frozen

Hi All,

I was updating my father in laws TV and after connecting it to their wifi it asked if I wanted to install an update.

I clicked ok

Then came a bar downloading..... it got to 100% and then has stayed there overnight.

Does this mean its not got into the installation of the firmware

Thoughts on turning it off?

Can I exit it?

PLEASE ANY HELP - feel a touch guilty!!

Hi @Marchypw and welcome to the community

Updating should usually take between 30-60 minutues, so if it ran overnight and is sticking at 100%, it sounds something has gone wrong.  You could try turning it off and on again and see what happens.  If the TV won't boot up, your best bet is getting in touch with Support (details here).
