I have lost the digital guide after applying a softwre upgrade.
I have tried retuning but that doesn't help.
Current S/W is PKG4.005EUA-0104 on a Bravia KDL-40EX723
Message on the screen says "No service available".
However I have a second Bravia, different model and no software update, which continues to display the guide.
