How do I make dissapear the publicist banner from the screen of KDL32EX520?(it appears alternatively at the bottom and the top of the screen).

Hi,

i think you are referring to "shop mode" in which case you ar going to need to do a hard re set and set the tv up again only this time set it to "home mode".

Click Home on your remote..

Then goto System settings..

In system settings click on Auto Start-up..
