I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Electrical Products
The issue that I have experienced was: Sony CONSUMERS LAWS RIGHTS ACT CLAIMES FAULTY DEFECTIVE EXCHANGE INSTANTLY SONY TV replaced WITH 4K HD VERSION as I had found lots of dust and debris building up in between the glass panel and the LCD panel.
UNBALANCED BASE UNIT UNSTABLE TILT EXTREMELY DANGEROUS DEFECTIVE FAULTY TILT SWIFEL FEATURE
ELECTRICAL SHOCK AT POWER ON
At first SONY UK were refusing to do anything with the TV claiming that it isn't a manufacturing fault but after months of headaches, they have finally agreed to replace it but they are refusing to replace it with a brand new SONY ULTRA 4K HDTV TV REPLACEMENT EXCHANGE
