EPG has vanished from KDL-32W5810

It has current firmware 1.740SA. Nothing appears in lists except No Events Available. Happened suddenly; is this due to digital changeover work at Crystal Palace Transmitter or has InView, the company which provides the proprietary EPG service, changed its policy again? Will Sony produce a firmware update to resolve this problem?

This is strange - Have you tried retuning since or maybe resetting the TV? If it still persists, give the call centre a ring to have it checked out.

EPG now back on Freeview & Freesat. Thank you to the two responders to my original post; Sony Helpline excellent. What was needed was a Factory Reset via Setup on the TV menu.
