Digital switchover - Sony TV not storing visible channels

Since digital switchover I have a problem with storing BBC channels. I have auto tuned several times and have all channels except BBC. (1-4, News, Red Button & Parliament). I then did manual tuning for each channel, which I could see on the set, requested storing for all the above channels indiviually but when I returned to normal viewing the BBC channels had again disappeared. Any suggestions as to what I can do next

By the way, the model is KD32DX150U. Sony information suggests that it won't work after switchover, but all channels except BBC are fine?

I have exactley the same TV and mine also cannot find any BBC channels but the rest of the digital channels are fine.

All other TV's are fine and displaying all BBC channels . As the Sony is probably 10 years old this problem is obviously just specific to this model or similar.
