Bravia No Digital Channels

Any one know why my Bravia KDL-20S30xx will not display any digital channels?

I have tried to retune, via start up which it does and then nothing is displayed\\\.

I have the same problem with my Bravia KDL 32W5710 It was working ok then suddenly no channels on digital although it shows channel references and guide shows all I cannot get a picture or any sound

hi since the digital update i have most channels but not bbc1 tv is KDL 40EX401 can any one fix the problem thanks
