Bravia 32P3550 - drops channel list when powered off

Hi There

Have a Sony Bravia 32P3550 in for repair. It drops all channels when turned off for 5 minutes. I have upgraded the firmware to version M7.039, but even though this fw should solve this problem - the problem still exist after the upgrade...

I have played a bit around with key-combinations on the remote trying to find a service menu or similar. I'm 99% sure that the problem is software related since I now and then get some channels back, not all, but a few - and after a power-down of the telly - they might have gone again.

I hope some one out there can help me with solving this matter. I'm not happy about having to tell the owner of the tv that he just got a 32" computer monitor...
