Black screen (no signal) on sony tv with Ps5

Hi can anyone help please. 

For the past few weeks when using my ps5, the signal has been cutting out, going to a black screen at random intervals. It says no signal, but the signal normally returns in a few moments. 

But now it has cut out completely.

Has anyone got any idea?
