Ever since I have had the phone my phone appears to disconnect (and often has no signal).
I have updated the phone to the latest software (read something about an update supposedly fixing it) but it is still doing it.
Is it wise to contact Sony?

First verify if the problem remains using another SIM card. If so run a software repair via PC Companion to see if that could fix the problem.

If not contact your local support team to check if a repair center can take a look at your phone.

The phone uses a micro sim and all the other phones on the same network use normal size sim cards.
I have also conducted a software repair so I will contact the repair center.
