Xperia Pro how to go back to gingerbread from ics

Hi, i like the new look of ICS for my xperia pro, but inspite of having great interface the system was very slow and buggy. Pls help me how to officially revert to gingerbread from ics because gingerbread on my xperia pro was perfect and smooth. Pls help me, im beginning to hate my phone now because of ICS update. Pls help me to bring it back to gingerbread.

OR FOR SONY PEOPLE. PLS MAKE ICS AS SMOOTH AND STABLE AS GINGERBREAD.
