Where is voice recorder???

i have live with walkman and i update it to ics

where is voice recorder in the apps list?

i want it and itisn't on my phone!:smileycry:

and it isn't available in the play store:smileysad:

what can i do?

this is a bad weakness:smileyangry:

I also have the Live with Walkman and it does not come with a voice recorder (annoying isn't it?). I use a 3rd party one from the Play Store, I use Tape-a-Talk Voice Recorder its simple and has high quality  recording.

the voice recorder pre-loaded it's to record short voice messages to be sent as MMS
