Unable to install app from unknown resources.

Even though I checked "unknown resources" in app settings, i cannot install apps downloaded from sites other than play store.

For example; I downloaded TubeMate, but when tried to install, the 'install' button is in disabled state.

Please help me.

i am running an app called screenfilter in background. I am sorry...dont know about night mode app...how can i identify any such app running in my phone?

YES. your hint was exactly right. ScreenFilter app makes this problem. When I exited it, I could install apps from unknown resources. Thanks a lot.
