Some touch censers are not working.

Hey Guys,

I just bought the new Xperia Sola on 9th June 2012. My some of touch censers are not working properly. It's the area where we used to scroll down the screen to check the notification & where we used to click on button to create a new massage.  Can some body  please help me?  Is this a problem with the phone?  Should I take it to the service center?

Try a repair with PC Companion, maybe it's just a software bug

that seems to me like a hardware problem.

1,

update your phone with this..

http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/update-service

this is an official sony software so don't worry..

and if it says your phone is up-to-date click on install anyway..

this will delete all the phone's data so backup all your files first..

if you take the phone to a service cneter they will do a software update so its better to do it at home.

2. if it does not solve the problem , get it checked from the nearest service center. take the bill woth you and this should be replaced under warranty.

i got the same problem after 2weeks upon purchasing the phone. We already update the phone but it got worst. It's not acceptable for a 3 week old phone to get the touch panel replaced, that is a major refurbishment for a 3 week old phone. Is this a software issue? OR SOLA ARE FAULTY?
