Screen Flickers

i don't know if its because of ICS or something went wrong in my xperia s.

but in some games like Temple Run : Brave, Cut the Rope... or even when i open images... the screen start flickering.

does anyone have this issue?

and is it software related or hardware?

Uliwooly screen still flashing to unlock the screen even I did the SUS..

Well, i'm not that expert, but maybe there is an app u've installed which makes this.. check if this happens after a factory reset.. if it doesnt, install ur apps one by one and each time check if this issue comes or not..
or u can try going back to the previous software version 2.3.7 (gingerbread)

wel it started to happen again... cud it be because of ICS update?

i was thinking of finding a ginger bread rom and then to flash it back
