New hardware for Xperia 1 IV or not?

Seen and read rumors about a hardware product specifically for Sony Xperia 1 IV called Xperia Stream (or Steam).

A device that you can Mount om the back of the phone, helping swith both cooling and better streaming.

These are some of the rumors/pictures of it. But have not read anything official about it.

Is there any truth to this?
