my xperia s is slow after ics upgrade

after i upgraded my xperia s frm 2.3 to 4.0.4 it had became v.slow and even in task manager it shows 632m of ram instead of 1gb

and always the ram is full dump so plz help me to roll out of this problem

After upgrading back up all your data and run a repair software via SEUS

after that do a master reset and format your memory card and it will boost your phone after that, and hopefully some of the minor bugs will also be corrected

Hi,

Regarding RAM it's normal, your mobile owns a GB ram but the hidden ram is used by android OS, while the 650mb is user accessible

And regarding lags a software repair should help

Backup everything as it will erase all data on phone (sms, contacts,apps)
