ics update problem

Hi

today ics update arrived 2 me in SONY COMPANION

do im started the update

during preparing my pc to update-error message appear ((unable to install or start update---or something like that))

what is the problem??

i try it in other PC -same problem too

sorry i forget to tell about it--yes i try it -it has problem too in start ((an unexepted error ocurred-application will shoutdown now))

Still no update installed....only error "unable to install phone update"

SUS says something different too"application error shutdown"....awesome...

Same here. I just wish when Sony rolls these upgrades out, they're fully tested so that the consumers can update in a breeze. Haven't we waited long enough for our phones to receive this update, and once we learn that the update is actually available, we become plagued with software errors?
