xperia l deactivating the voice control/command

Does anyone knows how to deactivate the voice control/command on Xperia L? I was surprised maybe I just clicked somthing that made it activated. I remembered one time when Iwas exploring the seetings, I have clicked to activate it there and nothing happened right away so I guess it's just fine but now maybe I clicked or done something to my phone to make it like this please help me, whenever I clicked, it is vibrating and I have to clicked it twice to do what I want. It wasn't very helpful. It makes the phone slow to do what I supposed to.

Use two fingers to drag down notification bar,tap two times to select.Go to settings-accesibility and disable talkback.
