Could you let me know some more details about what you need assistance with? 
Do you mean that you would like instructions for receiving/hearing voicemail? My recommendation would be to get in touch with your operator/service provider to see if they may have some more information regarding that service for you - but feel free to inform me if I misunderstood!
In addition, you may try entering a voicemail number if your service provider subscription supports it by going to Settings > Call settings > Voicemail > Voicemail settings > Voicemail number, and then to call your own voicemail service you may open the Phone app, then tap and hold the "1" on the keypad.
