i have no voice recorder in my xperia

I am Jimmy James from Dubai,i have no voice recorder in my newly purchased xperia L C2105,running 4.1.2,150.A.2.17.moreover i have not recieved the next update which was released on 29-10-2013.please help me to find a solution for this problem.

This does not work. I couldnt find it. I downloaded an app from google play store that does work. Unfortunately my phone gets slower every time I download something. So I disabled almost all apps I don't use. This is really a bad thing with the Xperia. I hope there will come a solution for this
