can't make phone call

I try to make a phone call but when I click the phone call button.The sound "TUut", "Tuut"Doesn't have..How to fix it?..

It seems that you had other network issues, get a brand new SIM card, if that doesn't help/work then take it to a Sony repair center

Do you mean that you hear the tones when you are using a headset but not via the ear speaker? Do you hear the counterpart while using the ear speaker? But as uliwooly said, a brand new SIM-card would be recommended.
