My RDR-HXD860 has been very reliable over the years but we've just experienced failure of recordings and many (if not all) of the items have appeared on the timer list as 'unresolved'. It also appeared that timer recordings previously set up e.g. series timer, had disappeared. When we tried to reinstate these, the recorder wouldn't accept them.
Part way through us exploring the various screens, the 'disappeared' recordings/future recordings reappeared. Has anyone else suffered these problems and, if so, what can be done about it? I'm wondering if there is some form of software upgrade we can do which might fix these issues. Thanks
