My SVR-HDT500 is regularly loosing all recorded programs on the HDD. This appears to happen at regular intervals of a week. Occasionally it is also loosing all information from the recording list. This is resulting in programs not being recorded or programs that I have recorded disappearing before I have watched them. Has anyone got a clue what is going on here? This is the second recorder I have had as the first one failed within a week so it would be nice to find a solution as at present this is not looking like a useable product! My only thoughts a present are that it may be related to the unit looking for software updates.
