Sony SVR HDT500 channels lost after power cut

I had a power cut today (not uncommon where I live and never caused a problem before) since the power’s been back on I am only able to watch recoded programmes. At first I could see all the channels were listed but with no programmes - the date has also reset to 1/2/2000.  I’ve checked all plugs etc, performed full channel search and have done a factory reset and now all the channels have disapeared too.

I’ve checked for any outages in my area and everything seems fine

Any ideas?

It seems that it could be an issue with the memory of the device getting affected by the power cut. Unfortunately, for this issue, it will have to be inspected at a service centre. You can use this link to locate your nearest service centre.
