RDR-HXD890 Recorder

Hi

I have a RDR-HXD890 Recorder and I am having trouble with the recording mode.

I record to HDD and the recording mode was on HQ permanently.

Recently it has changed to SEP and I cant get it to go back,except when I use SET DETAILS but then it jumps back to SEP again.

Please can you help me.

It it changed by itself you may be low in free disk space... there is an option in the initial setup to lower the quality in such case

Thank you for the Email about my problem.
I went to Initial set up and I managed to get HQ displayed in the Title list.
Unfortunately I now have PR1 instead of ITV showing on the recorder window,
and when I press Guide the following notice appears on the TV,
‘This function cannot be used now’
Please can you help me again

You switched the recorder to analogue tv hence the digital guide doesn't work too. Press the input button on remote till you see itv again.
